On Monday 18th May we reopened our offices, it feels great to be back!
After careful preparations the team is ready to meet with clients and suppliers in person.
Viranda’s core values are centred around people. For us, the office is more than just a floorplan, it’s where the energy, support and stimulus of a team environment kicks in. We are genuinely happy to regroup at our Byron Ave address, and look forward to inviting you back too.
To meet the government’s outlined objectives, there are a few changes to how we will work:
- A check-in and check-out process at our offices (for contact tracing purposes) will be completed for all staff, visitors and suppliers. Your data is private/secure and only available to the Ministry of Health if required.
- Hand sanitising stations can be found throughout the office to encourage hygiene.
- Office cleaning has ramped up. High traffic areas, meeting spaces and communal areas have been reconfigured to ensure physical distancing of 1-metre is possible.
- Anyone not feeling well must stay home and we continue to have robust systems in place for working remotely.
As always, Viranda is flexible with its services, so please just outline your preferences for meeting and we will accommodate.
