Industrial properties are the strongest of the asset classes, followed by the office sector.
Here at Viranda, we’ve seen an increase in transactions this quarter, which is a positive sign as we move through 2024. For us, tailoring solutions to our clients’ needs will continue to be vital to achieve positive long-term results.

Meet our new asset manager, Jordan Auckbarally. Jordan brings a ton of experience from residential property and facilities management to her role, making her an expert at juggling the fast-paced demands of commercial property.
Originally from Wales, she’s spent the last nine years making NZ her home. Jordan’s big on open communication and thanks to her warm and friendly nature, she develops strong relationships quickly, ensuring her clients are well looked after.
