What a year for our business community. The commitment to work through covid-related challenges has been humbling and we hope for a calmer 2022 for everyone.
Among the disruption, there have been many achievements in Viranda’s workplace including a strong level of commercial property transactions still taking place. Generally speaking, market conditions have shown us yield compressions, shortage of land, investor competition driving property and land values up, and ongoing rental demand for well-located, quality property. Throw in supply issues and interest rates rising and it’s been a fascinating 12 months.
