Same face, new role! We’re excited to confirm that Meagan has accepted a role within our Asset Management team. As our trustworthy Facilities & Property Coordinator for the past 2 years, she has worked across many facets of the business and is well-prepared for this next challenge.
Opportunity knocked and Meagan jumped at the chance to extend her knowledge of commercial property across a busy portfolio of retail, hospitality and industrial properties. She loves how the industry is never dull – there is always something happening and the supportive team culture at Viranda is what keeps her motivated to do her very best.
She is looking forward to sinking her teeth into the leasing opportunities at Long Bay Village. This exciting mixed-use precinct has all the features of a first-class place to work and Meagan will enjoy being part of its growth and success.
We asked if there was any advice for clients she would bring from her facilities role into this next chapter. Keeping up with property maintenance for long-term asset wealth is her strongest tip for landlords, and for tenants she cannot underestimate the importance of staying on top of rent and outgoings.
