With 10+ years in property, account management and team leadership, plus a portfolio of 100+ clients across a range of property sectors, Marnie has a knack for delivering top-notch results for clients.
She’s big on building strong long-term client relationships and a whiz at handling client needs, managing contracts and problem solving – all while supporting her co-workers and stakeholders.
Before joining Viranda, Marnie was country workspace manager at JLL New Zealand. There, she led a team of five and managed three properties for their client, Microsoft, delivering customised workspace solutions achieving a 10% reduction in operational expenses.
With a mixed portfolio of retail, hospitality and industrial properties, she’s excited about being part of a successful boutique NZ property team and looking forward to helping her clients achieve their goals.
Marnie lives on Auckland’s North Shore, and when she’s not at work, you’ll find her fishing or hanging out with her Northland-based family.
